Social Members

Tennis is a great way to stay fit, meet new people or have fun with family and friends. Whether it’s at the beach, down the driveway or at your local club, it’s easy to pick up a racquet and play tennis regardless of your age.And the great thing is you don’t have to be a member to play – there are a variety of ways you can have a hit. Here are some ways you can enjoy social tennis here at Seaside.

Individual Social

This membership is for an individual who is not playing in an organised competition but would like access to the courts when they are not being used by the coaching staff or competition players

MidWeek Social

Player that is playing midweek social tennis in an organised or semi organised competition

Family Social

This membership is for members of the same immediate family who are not playing in an organised competition but would like access to the courts when they are not being used by the coaching staff or competition players

Thursday Doubles

With the success of our last Twilight Doubles Social Comp. We are keen to continue into a twilight doubles competition for the 2020 seasons. The social format will runs for 8 weeks from October to December.

Commencement date	Thursday October 5th (8-week competition)
Finals Break up	Thursday November 23rd
Time	7.15pm (warm up) for a 7:30 pm start - 9 pm conclusion
Cost	$80 for non-members for the full 8 weeks paid on the first night. $40 for members for the full 8 weeks paid on the first night. *Members include any 2021/ 2022 membership category
Registration	ASAP
Doubles pairing	Sign up with a friend or if you don’t have a partner, we will find you one. If your partner is not available at any given date, you find a replacement partner for the night.
Competition format	Each doubles team/pair will place two rounds per night as per draw
Scoring	Two sets and match tie break with Fast Four scoring.
