Played Friday nights and Saturday mornings through the Western Districts Tennis Association during summer and winter and is available for boys and girls of all standards up to the age of 18. The Junior teams are managed by a Junior Co-ordinator who conducts the training nights and management of the teams as well as other Junior related activities. The summer season is played from October to March with nominations due in September. The winter season is played from May to August with nominations due in April. Matches are not played during school holidays. Teams consist of 4 boys or 4 girls and play 1 set of doubles and 1 set of singles.

Senior competition is played Saturday afternoons through the Western Districts Tennis Association during the summer season and Tennis SA through the winter season. Various team combinations are available:- Men's only and Ladies only teams playing Singles & Doubles Mixed Doubles with 2 men & 2 ladies ​​​​​​​Vacancies exist in all Junior and Senior grades commencing in October. Senior competition format is played on Saturday afternoons with split times of 12:30pm-3:30pm and 3:30pm-6:30pm Summer tennis is played from October to March with nominations due in September and Winter tennis is played from May to August with nominations due in February.

Seaside runs an in-house club tournament and from these, the Junior and Senior Club Championship is awarded. The names of the Club Champions are placed on the Club Honour Board.
