CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

The player is strongly encouraged to wear the Seaside Tennis Club shirt during match day competition.

Player will present themselves for play in clean and customarily acceptable tennis attire. 

The player agrees to abide by the Tennis Australia Code of Behaviour. Players shall conduct themselves in a responsible manner at all times with the Committee having the right to cancel membership of an offending player.

Fees must be paid by 1st November (fees night), 2018 otherwise players will not be selected in teams. Fees paid after the due date will incur a late fee penalty of $25.00.

Court allocation is under the control of the Management Committee as courts will not always be available in the event of tournaments.

Senior match players are to notify their availability by Wednesday. Late withdrawal will only be accepted in an emergency. Other cases of late withdrawal will incur a one match suspension.

The player and player’s parents/caregivers (for players under 16 years of age) agrees to abide by the Seaside Tennis Club Member Protection Policy.

The player and player’s parents/caregivers (for players under 16 years of age) acknowledge that the teams will be selected in accordance with the Seaside Tennis Club Selection policy.

The player agrees to have their details entered onto the Tennis Australia website.
